Steeped in nearly 200 years of history, Curtis of Lincoln has a lot to offer as one of Lincolnshire’s finest local establishments. The traditional, family business has grown enormously from its initiation as a pork butcher in the 1800s, producing local pork of the very best quality and freshness. Time has seen the business develop dramatically yet the strong family ethos, local provenance and quality of the goods remains.
The population of Lincolnshire have been enjoying our products from our retail shops for a number of years and to celebrate our success towards the end of 2012 we branched into the county of Leicestershire for the first time, opening our first shop in Oakham, Rutland. Burton Road in Lincoln then was the location for our newest Lincoln shop, opening just a couple of months later. Curtis of Lincoln now boasts a total of 23 shops which span the breadth of the county, selling a delightful range of products that includes traditional Lincolnshire favorites such as plum bread, as well as delectable treats such as cakes, sweet and savory pastries and fresh bread. We also prepare on site and serve freshly made sandwiches.
Throughout this expansion and over six generations this traditional family business has maintained an emphasis on exceptional quality and freshness, ensuring the produce is always Lincolnshire’s finest. A selection of our premium goods are now also available to purchase from our online store.
Always fresh and always delicious Curtis of Lincoln continues to deliver Lincolnshire’s finest, whether you want a meaty feast, a quick snack, a sit down in one of our coffee shops or a beautiful celebration cake.
